Procedure documentationDestroying Company Pension Scheme Data Using HRCDEBA

You can use the archiving object HR: Company Pension Scheme (HRCDEBA) to destroy company pension scheme data. This data is to be regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period has been reached.

This archiving object, which is divided into archiving subobjects, destroys data from the following infotypes:

The archiving object also destroys dependent data. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in archive administration (transaction SARA).

The system does not use this archiving object to destroy data for the pension equalization payment infotypes (infotype 3290 and infotype 3291) since the earliest possible point at which you can destroy this data is after the death of the employee or his or her dependents.

End of the note.

When data is destroyed successfully, the system generates a destruction log (infotype 0283) and modifies the payroll status (infotype 0003).
