Selection Group Box

You can further refine your selection criteria using benefit area, program groupings and benefits plan in the Additional selection group box, using the available F4 or multiple selection options. As noted in Prerequisites , you must maintain the selection parameter Benefits Area in this group box.

Program grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees with common characteristics in order to determine the benefits program available for that group (macro-eligibility) on a high level. The GB FlexBens system sorts employees into first and second program groupings during processing, according to the corresponding feature. The program grouping to which an employee belongs is stored in infotype General Benefits Information (0171).

Statistic of Participation Number Choice Group Box

The Non Standard Options indicator in this group box can be set as one of your selection parameters for the Participant Statistics Report (RPUFBN02). You set this indicator when you wish to use report RPUFBN02 only to display data on those employees who have chosen a non-standard benefits option.

If you do not set the Non Standard Options indicator, report RPUFBN02 produces a total number of participants in each benefits plan, and does not differentiate between those employees who have opted for standard or non-standard plan options during enrolment.

For the Life Insurance Plan, your organisation sets the standard coverage option for the plan as four-times salary. However, you determine that employees can also opt for two-, three-, or five-times salary coverage options during annual (open) enrolment.

When the open enrolment period is closed, you run report RPUFBN02 and set the Non Standard Options indicator. The Participant Statistics Report will now produce a listing of all employees who have chosen a Life Insurance Plan option other than four-times salary.

Output

The Participant Statistics Report is outputted in an ABAP List Viewer (ALV) format. You can also download the report output into an Excel format or to a local file as required.
