Setting and Deleting Filters

Use

The Set Filter function enables you to display only those rows that fulfil certain criteria in one or more columns.

Procedure

Set Filter

  1. To set a filter, select one or more columns by clicking on the column header and choosing Set Filter or Start of the navigation pathEdit Next navigation step Filter Next navigation step Set FilterEnd of the navigation path.

  2. In the Set Filter dialog box, enter a From and/or a To values for each column selected.

  3. Only rows with data within the intervals specified are shown.

  4. Use Multiple Selection to enter more than one interval as filtering criteria for a column.

  5. Choose Execute to copy the filter criteria and exit the dialog box.

Deleting Filters

To go back to the prefiltered list display, choose Start of the navigation pathEdit Next navigation step Filter Next navigation step Delete FilterEnd of the navigation path.
