Sending the List as a Document

Procedure

  1. To send the list as a mail, choose Start of the navigation pathList Next navigation step Save Next navigation step OfficeEnd of the navigation path.
  2. In the initial screen Create Document and Send, the document name, description, and send date are preset.
  3. They can be overwritten.
  4. Enter the name of a recipient, and specify the name with the Recipient Type indicator.
  5. Depending on the recipient type, under Recipient, enter the name and distribution list, or address or organizational unit.
  6. To send the mail, choose Send.
