Activating a View
Context
Your view becomes active when you display it in the viewport.
When a view is created, it’s activated immediately. It’s only when a view is created as a background task, such as creating an exploded view, that it isn’t activated upon creation. In this instance, the new view is added to the Views List, and only becomes active when you display it.
