Viewing Product Data in the Source System

Use this procedure to view product data details in the source system.

Prerequisites

To enable this feature, your solution administrator must have performed the required configurations in the Configure Product Data app.

In a collaboration, choose the Shared Product Data tab.
Select a product data record, and choose View Details in Source System.

Note

On selecting a record, the button is enabled only if your solution administrator has performed the configurations mentioned in the prerequisites. A valid URL between the object type ID and system ID is required.
In the confirmation prompt, choose to continue.

A new window is launched to navigate to the source system.

Access to the product data depends on your authentication and authorizations in the source system.
