Translation

This section allows you to maintain multilingual descriptions for the problem reports.

Purpose

As a ProblemReport_Editor, you can use AI to translate the Problem Report Description to your target language, allowing you to work with content in different languages without manual translation.

Procedure

You follow the steps below to use the AI translation feature to translate problem report descriptions.

  1. Navigate to the required Problem Report and choose Edit.

  2. Go to the Translation tab.

  3. Choose Add to create a new translation.

  4. Select the target languages from the language list. Choose Add.

    The selected languages are added to the list.

  5. Select the languages from the list and Choose Translate to generate an AI-powered translation for the problem report description in the respective languages.

  6. Save your changes.
