Copying a Provisional Specification

Provisional specifications can be copied for example by suppliers who want to create an offering.

Procedure

Launch the Manage Provisional Specifications app, then open or create a provisional specification.
Click Copy.

Note

You can also access the Copy button when starting the Manage Provisional Specifications app and selecting one specification from the list.
Click Copy.

The copied specification opens with description “copy of” and all information copied from the original specification. The Copied From field is automatically filled.
Save your provisional specification.
