Mandatory check whether the Operational WCD can be tagged or untagged without conflict .

The check is informational and does not affect the setting of the status PREP (Prepared).

Features

The system automatically executes this check when the status PREP is set. If the check is not successful, then a corresponding message appears on the screen.
