Central overview of the Installation Packages which exist in the system for transporting customizing or parameterized documents within the framework of implementation support.

 

The customizing transfer manager is used as a frame program of implementation support from which you can execute the necessary functions for exporting or importing customizing or parameterized documents. It is used as an initial dialog for all available object-specific wizards of implementation support.

You can call the customizing transfer manager from the SAP Easy Access menu via Clinical SystemStart of the navigation path Basic Clinical Data Next navigation step Implementation Support Next navigation step Customizing Transfer Manager End of the navigation path.

Structure

The customizing transfer manager comprises the following areas:

  • Toolbar

    The function bar contains the necessary functions for creating or installing or transporting installation packages etc..

  • Overview of Installation Packages

    The system displays the installation packages which exist on the system, divided into the following transport object types:

    • Customizing Transport Basis

    • PMD Definitions

    For each installation package the system displays a history which informs the user when the installation package was created, exported or imported and by whom.
