Checking the Log of Raised Events
Use
You can check the log of raised events for the following purposes:

To verify that an event was raised in the system.

To obtain information related to the event. For example, you can check if the event was processed by the event scheduler.
Prerequisites
You are logged on with a user that has batch administration authority (authorization object S_BTCH_ADM with ID BTCADMIN = Y).
Procedure

Start Event History (transaction SM62).

Check the information in the Event History list. The table below provides an overview of the information displayed in the list.

Current date and time |
Timestamp of the moment when the event was received (or logged in event history) |

Background Processing Event |
Name of the event (EVENTID) |

Batch Event Parameter |
Event argument (event parameter) |

Number of jobs |
The number of jobs which were waiting for this event and were processed when it was raised. |

Event State |
Shows whether the event was marked as read by an external scheduler or another application. For more information, see Event Status. |
|
Processing status |
Shows whether the event was processed by the event scheduler. For more information, see Event Processing Status. |
|
Batch Servername |
The name of the server which received the event. |
