Business Package for Sales Representative (Insurance)

This business package is the insurance-specific shipment of the Business Package for ICM Participant. It contains all the functions of this business package.

Many organizations wish to provide their sales force with a quick and easy method of accessing current information on their earned remuneration and payment entitlements. This can now be done online, saving the sales employee valuable time that can be invested in other activities. It also reduces the need for making telephone inquiries with head office, which minimizes TCO for the Chief Operation Officer. Sales representatives can display detailed information at line item level, which makes "shadow accounting" redundant.

In the context of sales campaigns (such as incentives), the commission recipient can view information on his or her current ranking in corporate value contribution, and also gain a clear picture of what efforts have to be undertaken to achieve the required points in the respective sales drive.

The commission recipient can display his or her current ranking among corporate top earners, and compare performance with colleagues. The sales representative sees only his or her name, the ranking position, and the number of positions above and below himself or herself in the ranking. This motivates sales representatives to increase their own earnings in particular and corporate sales revenue in general.

The Business Package for Sales Representative (Insurance) in the SAP NetWeaver Portal provides your sales force with these services. The Sales Representative portal role allows sales representatives to view earned remunerations and payment entitlements as well target achievement actuals and potentials.
