GM-GTE Customizing: Reporting Report Tracking is a tool you can use to schedule automatic runs of reports in Grantee Management (GM-GTE) and/or trigger workflow messages to an SAP object type (person, position, user, work center, or organizational unit).
To use this facility, you need to enter some settings in GM-GTE Customizing. Having done that, you then need to enter the required defaults in the sponsor master data and/or the grant type.
Proceed as follows:

At this time, though you must carry out this step, you can only enter your schedule rule again as the report rule.
Save your entries and return to GM-GTE Customizing.
If you have selected user-defined start and/or end dates in the schedule rule for report tracking, you need to run the additional Report Tracker Business Add-In (BAdI) to determine the relevant date(s). The documentation for the step contains a detailed description of what you must do.
There is also a BAdI entitled Enhancement Functions for GM Reporting. You can use this to enhance the master data index programs in Grants Management.
GM Reporting, including Report Tracking, is now ready for use in your installation.
