Information System

Grantee Management includes an information system that offers the following reports:

  • Master data index reports for grants, sponsored programs, sponsored classes, sponsors, and funds

In each case, the report lists the relevant master data based on the selection criteria entered. For example, the grant master data index shows, for each grant selected, when it was created, its current status, the fiscal year definition, the company code assignment, and the billing information.

  • GM billing report

This report displays the open and billed items in Grantee Management. Items defined as to be billed to the sponsor are collected in multiple billing runs. The resource-related billing process calculates all open items at any given time and invoices the open amounts.

  • GM budget overview

This report shows an overview of the current budget status per grant. You may select specific budget statuses and display the relevant budget amounts using a drilldown format.

  • Line item reports

These include budget versus commitment/actual line items, which compares the budget planned for a grant with the commitments made against it.

  • Reconciliation

Grantee Management includess a tool for reconciling Grantee Management data with data from other application components.

Each report is accompanied by detailed online information on its use and the data it contains, including instructions on how to alter the report data layout by inserting or deleting data elements as desired, and on how to save the resulting report data layout using report layout variants.

Reports are also available in the Report Writer and Business Warehouse. See the documentation on these features for details.
