Structure
When archiving commitments/actuals totals records, data is archived from a number of different tables. If you are archiving object
FM_ACTSUM
,
you can display the relevant tables by clicking on the
DB tables
button.
When working with archiving object
FM_ACTSUM
, the following functions are available:

The archiving program archives commitments/actuals totals records for completed fiscal years and generates an archive file from the data. You can set up the program so that database entries are deleted immediately after archiving |

The deletion program deletes the database entries for commitments/actuals totals records that have been archived. |

Reload |
The reload program reloads archived commitments/actuals totals records into the database. You should only reload database entries in exceptional cases. For more information, see the program documentation. |
