The line item report enables you to display the line items for the quantity and value-based commitments for an account assignment object and cost element.

Results

Once the system creates the report, you can display the documents. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Document. End of the navigation path

You can also display various fields with the line items, for example:

  • Number of the reference document

  • Reference item (for the purchase order)

  • Text (for the purchase order)

  • Debit date and document date

  • Fiscal year, period

  • Plan / controlling area currency

  • Creditor

To do this, choose Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Extra field End of the navigation path .

The system does not display line items that no longer have any commitments.
