A comparative apartment is an external rental object that you create in the system as a rental object of the comparative apartment type.

Use

A comparative apartment is assigned to a comparative group of apartments . If a specific quantity of comparative apartments are available in the comparative group of apartments, then a comparative rent can be calculated from the actual rents using the comparative apartments assigned to the comparative group when you adjust conditions.

You create a comparative apartment like other rental objects (for example, see Processing Pooled Spaces ).

When you create it, select comparative apartment for the type of the rental object .

Integration

A comparative apartment must be assigned to a comparative group of apartments so that the conditions of this apartment can be used in the calculation of the comparative rent.
