Defining the Adjustment Process in the Contract/Rental Object

Use

You use this function to assign adjustment rules to the conditions of a contract or rental object.

Prerequisites

You made the settings described in Adjustment of Conditions (Rent Adjustment) .

Procedure

  1. In the RE Navigator (RE80), go to contract or rental object processing. On the Adjustment tab page, assign the necessary adjustment rules from Customizing.

    If you assign a modifiable rule, a subtab appears where you can make changes to it. For more information, see Customizing Relationship and Contract/Rental Object .

  2. Assign the condition(s) to be adjusted to the contract or the rental object.

    • On the Conditions tab page

      Add the conditions. On the Terms subtab, link them to an adjustment rule. You can also create a new adjustment rule to assign to a condition.

    • On the Adjustment tab page, in adjustment rule processing

      To assign the conditions, choose with the quick info text Assign Condition(s) or choose with the quick info text Assign Free Condition(s) . You can also create a new condition to assign to the contract or rental object. To do so, choose with the quick info text Create Condition(s) .

Result

You defined the parameters for adjusting conditions.
