Functions of Individual Condominium Management For individual condominiums, as opposed to the common property of the condominium owners’ association (COA), you can perform all of the same functions described in Postings and Processes of COA Management . In addition, you can perform service charge settlement for tenants of condominiums (tenant settlement).
To do so, you have to manage the data of the condominium in a separate company code, where you also post all costs and revenues related to the object. For information on how to create the necessary company codes and master data, see Creating Master Data and Contracts for Condominiums .
For an example for entering data for condominiums and common property in various company codes, see Example: Third-Party Management .
