Reports for Real Estate Contracts

Use

In the Flexible Real Estate Management component, reports for real estate contracts exist for the following characteristics:

  • Overview

  • Term

  • Notice

  • Renewal

  • Security deposit agreements

Integration

If you grouped master data together to form real estate sets, you can use these sets for the reports. For more information, see Real Estate Sets .

Prerequisites

You made settings in Customizing (see Information System (RE-FX) ).

Features

Overview:

This report provides an overview of general data and data for the contract partner.

Term/Notice/Renewal:

These reports display all the data for term, notice, and renewal for all selected contracts. The same data is also displayed in the contract on the Term tab page. You can simulate notices for any date or only select by active or inactive notices/renewals. For renewals, you can also select by the type of renewal rule and by approved or rejected renewals.

Security Deposit Agreements:

This report displays all data on security deposit agreements such as security deposit type, amounts, and status.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose:

Enter all objects to be selected and additional restrictions if needed and execute the report.
