Use

In the Flexible Real Estate Management component, reports exist for the following master data:

Integration

If you grouped master data together to form real estate sets, you can use these sets for the reports. For more information, see Real Estate Sets .

Some key figures from the Asset Accounting (FI-AA) component can be integrated in reports in Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), allowing you to display the assets assigned to a real estate object in the hierarchy of real estate objects.

Business Entities/Buildings/Land/Rental Units

These reports provide an overview of your selected master data and display its characteristics, such as address, validity periods, or usage types.

Occupancy of Rental Objects

The report provides an overview of the occupancy of rental objects. A rental object is classed as being occupied if there is an occupancy contractfor it. You can navigate to the display of the occupancy contract.

Architectural Objects

The report provides an overview of the selected architectural objects and their object type and function.

Object Assignments

This report displays all assigned functional locations, assets, and WBS elements for the selected real estate objects. Furthermore, in the results list the system displays the type of assignment (for example, for information purposes) or whether the asset is leading.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose:

 Accounting FlexibleReal Estate Management Information System Master Data <the relevant master data report>.

Enter all objects to be selected and additional restrictions if needed and execute the report.
