Starting Basic Organizational Plan in Change Mode

Prerequisites

You can start Simple Maintenance using this method if you only want to enhance or edit the basic details of an organizational plan.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathOrganizational Management Next navigation step Expert Mode Next navigation step Simple Maintenance Next navigation step ChangeEnd of the navigation path.

    The Change Organizational Plan screen appears.

  2. In the Organizational Unit and Editing period fields, enter data as required.
  3. Under View, choose the view in which you want to enhance or edit your organizational plan. Access from Organizational Management
  4. Choose Change.

    The Change Organizational Structure screen appears.
