Selecting Additional Information
Use
From the Organizational Structure..., Staff Assignment..., or Task Profile... screen you can select various types of additional information by choosing View. This information is displayed for objects in your organizational plan that you wish to edit in the tree structure.
Prerequisites
You are in Simple Maintenance, in Expert mode. The system is set up in such a way, that the short text description, that is, the names of the objects (for example, board member) are displayed in the tree structure. You can, however, display the following information:

The validity period of the relationships is displayed. |

Weighting Percentage (Relationship between tasks and jobs, positions or organizational units) |

The system displays the weighting percentage. See also the SAP Note. |

Staffing Percentage (Relationship between holders and Positions) |
|
The system displays the staffing percentage. See also the SAP Note. |
|
User Assignments |
|
the user assignment of employees appears. You created the assignments in infotype Communication (0105). |
|
Substitute |
|
the substitute holder of the position is displayed. |
|
Chief |
|
The chief position of the organizational unit is indicated by a symbol (hat). |
|
Editing Period |
|
The following dialog box appears: In which you can specify the start date of the editing period. |
|
Color Legend |
|
the colors which are assigned to infotypes are displayed on the color legend. |

Other Layout |
|
the tree structure is compressed. |
If the tree structure containing the additional information is not displayed completely, use the scroll function, or increase the size of the screen.
