Switching between Display and Change Mode

Prerequisites

When you access Simple Maintenance you choose an editing mode ( Simple Maintenance  Create, Change, or Display). You can switch between display and change mode in the screens in which your Organizational Plan is presented as a tree structure. In change mode, you can edit the objects shown in a plan, but in display mode, no changes are allowed.

Procedure

To switch between change and display mode, choose Display Organizational plan <-> Change.

The screen title changes to Display or Change, as appropriate. The system adjusts the options offered in the toolbar, according to your selection.
