Checking the Folder Settings
Context
Use the Folder Settings report to check the folder settings. The Folder Settings report searches only folders in the specified scope in which the versioning, lifetime, or approval process is enabled. In the case of an approval process, the report lists all the approval steps. By default, you can check the versioning, lifetime, or approval process in the Details dialog box for a folder in the Settings menu option.

Once the report has finished, you can call the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list when you choose . If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files choose or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
