Consuming User Exit Library

If you want to use variant function or pricing exits, you need to deploy these functions in SAP S/4 Hana backend system where your KBRTVs and pricing master data resides. The recommended way of doing it is to deploy them using the SME (Solution Modeling Environment) plug-in application and saving it in the SAP backend.

User exits deployed in the backend are automatically replicated to cloud DB and consumed by the runtime engine at the time of the configuration launch.

SSC Engine looks for any changes in the database before a new configuration launch to ensure that the latest version is used.

Due to security reasons, no APIs are available in cloud to manage user exits directly.
