Telephone integration is implemented in a central architecture. The entries SERV1 to SERV3 each describe physical telephony servers with their attributes and RFC destination. Local work center solutions, in which the telephone is connected directly to the computer, are also present. The entries LOCAL1 and LOCAL2 summarize the settings for several work centers. The graphic provides an overview of the existing telephony servers.
