Displaying Calls in Absence
Prerequisites
Unanswered calls are only stored in the Business Workplace if you have specified this in your user settings. You can also specify an expiry time for these notifications.
Procedure

Call the Business Workplace.

In the folder tree, select the inbox.

The notifications about calls that you have not answered are listed in the folder contents list.

Select an entry by double-clicking on it.
The data for the current call is displayed. You can start a callback directly from this display.
