Downloading a Rules Project

Prerequisites

You must have access to the rules project.

Context

You use this procedure to allow Lean Rules Engine to execute business rules that are obtained by downloading the corresponding rules content from AS Java. The downloaded rules content is deployed across remote locations.

Procedure

Use the URL, http://<Server name>:<Port>/rulesmanager
In the User Management, SAP AG window, enter username and password.
Choose Log On .
if you are logging in for the first time, set a new password.
In the Rules Manager view, from the project table, choose the required project.

In the Rules Manager editor, choose Download Rules Content .

Note

You can download the rules project opened in either active or latest version.
In the File Download window, either keep the default location or enter a specific location for the rules content and choose Save
Choose Close .
