Printing Broker Reports

Use

Brokers/insurance processors can use this function to print broker reports from the web application Processing Broker Reports . By setting flags, you can define which information from the broker report is to be printed. You have the following print options to choose from:

  • Print broker report header

  • Print broker report items to be processed

  • Print processed broker report items

  • Print items in worklist

Prerequisites

You have created a PDF-based form and defined this in Customizing for Collections/Disbursements , under Start of the navigation path Broker Collections Next navigation step Settings for Processing Broker Reports with Web Application Next navigation step Define Print Form. Activities

When processing broker reports, select Print and define which information from the broker report is to be printed.

The system calls up the PDF-based form, which contains the selected information from the broker report and can be printed locally.

If no PDF-based form has been defined in Customizing, the system uses the template form FSCD_WEB_BROKER_SAMPLE_PDF in the standard software when printing.
