Use

You can undo the existing assignment of an insurance relationship to a broker/contract for a set period, and replace it with an assignment to another broker/contract for the same period.

You can delete the existing assignment to a broker for an insurance relationship.

Prerequisites

An insurance relationship is assigned to a broker.

Features

The broker assignment changes are stored in a history. Use the filter symbol to display previous brokers.

Activities

You process broker assignments when changing the master data for the insurance object.

In order to assign a new broker, fill the fields that are ready for input on the Broker tab page. When saving, confirm that you want to delete the existing responsibility for open items and the existing broker assignment.

To delete broker assignments, select the current broker in the history and use the Delete symbol.
