The web service interface Query Employee Master Data Replication Request In enables you to connect external systems to your solution and to read replication information about successful and unsuccessful web service calls for Employee Master Data Replication in your system. The web service interface Query Employee Master Data Replication Request In is relevant if your company or an external partner wants to connect an external application to your system in order to replicate employee data into your system. When an employee replications fails, the consumer can get information about the cause of failure.
Here is an example of a simple web service request that reads replication information from the system using a replicated employee ID or employee ID interval.

Request Message
The request message provides five request parameters to read the replication information:
Selection By Remote Object ID - the employee ID in the remote system
Selection By Business Partner Remote Object ID - the business Partner ID in the remote system
Selection By Business Document File Creation Date
Selection By Business Document File Name
Selection By Errors Only Indicator
Response Message
The web service interface Query Employee Master Data Replication Request In returns the latest relevant replication information for the requested employee(s).

Response
The response message contains the list of the found employees and their corresponding log of the latest employee master data replication.
In the first part you will find the information about the employee and the corresponding replication request. The second part contains the log information with a hierarchical log structure based on ParentApplicationLogItemUUID.
For example: if the selection took place by a remote object ID, you get the status of the latest replication for this employee.

| Employee master data replication requests that have failed in the PI handling layer are not included in the response message. For example, if you send an invalid time period (32.12.2016), the replication request will fail in the PI handling layer. When you find the application log for this employee, you will not receive information on the PI error message.

| If you request the application log with SelectionByErrorsOnlyIndicator equal True, you will receive error messages from the master data replication requests. However, the response message will also include information and warning messages.
