With the transactional app My Accounts you can search for and display existing accounts. You can display the general data of an account, as well as other related data such as contacts, appointments, and opportunities. You can share or discuss this information in SAP Jam. You can use the app to prepare for a meeting with an account and to update information after the meeting.
The availability of the app features depends on the back-end product version in use:

Search for and display your own corporate accounts or all corporate accounts
Display key figures of an account, such as the expected revenue of opportunities
Display contacts, notes, tasks, appointments, attachments, leads, and opportunities for an account
Navigate to more detailed information for contacts, tasks, appointments, leads, and opportunities
Share account information in SAP Jam groups and discuss it in SAP Jam feeds
Change the layout of the search result list by selecting columns and changing the order in which they are displayed
Create new accounts and edit account data, such as address, rating, or employee responsible
Create accounts as prospects, and record the lifecycle stage for accounts
Work with individual accounts and account groups
Filter the account search results by account type
Create contacts, appointments, tasks, notes, opportunities, and leads for an account
Add relationships to other partners
Display ERP quotations and sales orders for an account
Navigate to more detailed information for quotations and sales orders
Add and change marketing attributes for an account
Personalize the app by hiding views and table columns, and changing the order in which they are displayed
Use the app in offline mode
Account Search
For corporate accounts and account groups, you can enter the first and/or second part of the name (Name 1 and/or Name 2).
For individual accounts, you can enter the first name and/or last name.
For all account types, you can also enter a fragment of a name, or an ID.
You can search for names containing your search string anywhere in the name. With lower back-end releases and other databases, you can only search for names starting with your search string.
For some apps, additional technical features are available. Some of these features require additional components or settings in your system landscape.
This app contains features based on SAP Jam.
This app enables you to upload documents. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you install a virus scanner in your system landscape. For more information, see Virus Scanning.
This app enables users to access other apps directly (for example to display detailed information).
Linked apps have to be already available in your system landscape or you have to implement them along with this app.

In order to be able to run this app in SAP Fiori Cloud, your system landscape has to be prepared for and connected to SAP Fiori Cloud. For more information, see SAP Fiori Cloud: An Introduction.
In addition, you have to ensure, that your back-end system contains the back-end components (such as the OData service) required for this app. In some cases, the back-end components are automatically contained in the back-end product. In other cases, you have to manually install the respective software component delivered with a UI add-on product:
