Report RSADRQU2

Use

Using report RSADRQU2, addresses selected using report RSADRQU1 are adjusted to the updated data in the city file.

The changed data is not written to the database yet, but is just stored temporarily using an INDX-type cluster table.

Prerequisites

The city file has to have been filled and updated by using report RSADRLSM02, or manually updated. RSADRQU1 must have run before RSADRQU2 to perform the quarterly address adjustment.

Procedure

Selecting the Difference Data

  1. Start report RSADRQU2.

  2. Select the difference data according to which the addresses are adjusted, from the corresponding list.

  3. Start the selection.

The adjusted addresses are stored in another INDX-type table. A log is only output once report RSADRQU2 has been executed.

You can use program RSADRLSM02 to update the city file several times consecutively, without adjusting the addresses every time with programs RSADRQU1, RSADRQU2, and RSADRQU3. The difference data generated can then be used at a later time for the quarterly adjustment of addresses.
