Manually Changing Reference Data

Procedure

You can manually change postal reference data:

  1. Cities with the sub-objects Postal codes, Districts, and PO boxes:

    In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose Start of the navigation pathSAP Web Application Server Next navigation step Basis Services Next navigation step Address Management Next navigation step Regional Structure/City File Next navigation step CitiesEnd of the navigation path (or transaction SR11).

  2. Streets:

    In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose Start of the navigation pathSAP Web Application Server Next navigation step Basis Services Next navigation step Address Management Next navigation step Regional Structure/City File Next navigation step StreetsEnd of the navigation path (or transaction SR21).

  3. Post codes:

    In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose Start of the navigation pathSAP Web Application Server Next navigation step Basis Services Next navigation step Address Management Next navigation step Regional Structure/City File Next navigation step Postal CodesEnd of the navigation path (or transaction SR31).

As of SAP Web AS 6.40, the difference tables that are required for the quarterly adjustment are also filled during the manual changes mentioned here.
