Basic Pattern

Use

For all formats except Great Britain (006), Japan (013), and South Korea (017), the core of the address is formatted as follows (without empty lines, except for the compulsory empty line:)

• title line (if applicable)

• Name block

• Street or P.O. box

• Blank line, if required

• City with postal code

• Country, if required

For addresses where the recipient country and the sender country are different, the city and the country lines are printed in uppercase.
