Send notices |
Using this function, you can postpone the processing of a notification. The system can then print this data or send it as a fax or e-mail to an internal or external address (Internet). The system copies the long text associated with the corresponding code in the task catalog as a text proposal. You can change this text as necessary without changing the original long text. If the notification contains several partners, you can select a partner before you process the text. You can view the document in a print preview before you save the notification. When you save the notification, the system sends the notice by executing a follow-up action . |
Send e-mail |
You can use this follow-up function to send an e-mail (with or without an attachment) to a partner in the notification. The system copies the long text associated with the corresponding code in the task catalog as a text proposal. |
