You can use this function to set up the entries for the query view menu that you can find on the Query Views tab page of the side panel.

Prerequisites

You can define a query list only if the following applies:

  • You have the necessary authorizations, which are granted to you in one of the following ways:

    • In the Role Maintenance (PFCG) transaction, you are assigned to the PLM PCV Administrator (SAP_PLMWUI_PCV_ADMIN) or the PLM PCV User (SAP_PLMWUI_PCV_USER) role.

    • On the SAP NetWeaver Portal, you are assigned to the PCV Administrator or the PCV User role.

  • You have set up query views or use the ones predefined by SAP.
