Shipment StatusThe shipment status indicates the processing stage reached by the shipment. To proceed from one processing stage to the next, the shipment status has to have the correct status number. However, where multiple vehicles and loading plants are involved, the status of the individual vehicle and plant is also monitored, which in turn determines the overall status of the shipment. The possible values for the shipment range from 1 to 6:

This is an indication that the shipment is partially scheduled. The shipment remains at status 1 until the schedule has been activated. |

Status 3 is reached when the goods movement process has started within the load confirmation process, but not all plants have been loaded from. Note that the load confirmation retains status 2 if the data is saved and not confirmed. |
4 |
Status 4 is reached when all plant/vehicle combinations have been load confirmed. This status is a prerequisite of the delivery confirmation process. |

Status 6 indicates that the shipment has been completely delivery confirmed. |
