Whenever you use the SAP development infrastructure (DTR, component model, and so on) to develop your J2EE applications, you do not work with normal projects, but with development components.
To define J2EE libraries using this infrastructure, you first require an appropriate development component project in the Developer Studio.
Unlike with normal library projects, the project will not contain the individual JAR files or references in this case, but instead you will – in accordance with the component model – declare the use of the interfaces of other DCs, known as public parts. The used DCs can be either Java DCs (corresponding to the JAR files in library projects) or other library DCs (corresponding to the references in library projects).
The process flow consists of the following activities:
· Declaring the Use of Other DCs
· Executing the Component Build
