Procedure documentation Checking in to the DTR  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

In this step, you check the activity in to the Design Time Repository (DTR).

Prerequisites

You are working in the Development Configurations perspective.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the Open Activities view, open the node of the development configuration and the workspace node.

       2.      Select activity New J2EE Library.

       3.      In the context menu of the activity, choose Checkin.

       4.      Enter a description of your changes if you like.

       5.      To check in your activity, choose OK.

A dialog window Activation appears.

       6.      To build your DC at a later time in the CBS, choose Cancel.

Your changes are written to the DTR.

Note

The activity state is now closed. It cannot be changed from now on. To make further changes to your files in this activity, you have to create a new activity.

Result

You have checked the activity in to the Component Build Service (CBS) system. All changes are stored in the DTR server.
