Editing the WAR Cookie Configuration Properties 

Use

You use the Deployer tab to maintain the specific cookie configuration properties of WAR.

Procedure

       1.      Click on the Main tab.

       2.      Click on the Cookie Configuration tab.

       3.      If you want to use an application cookie, select the Add Application Cookie checkbox.

       4.      If you want to use a session cookie, select the Add Session Cookie checkbox.

       5.      Both types of cookies have the following fields where you have to enter information:

¡        Path – specify the path to the cookie. You can choose from:

§         APPLICATION – this is the default option.

§         NONE

§         blank – you can set your own value.

¡        Domain – specify the domain of the cookie. You can choose from:

§         SERVER – this is the default option.

§         NONE

§         blank – you can set your own value.

¡        Max Age – specify the lifetime of the cookie in seconds.

       6.      Save your entries.
