If you are using an SAP HANA database, we recommend that you use the central CompositeProvider for the virtual data mart layer of the Data Warehouse.

In the SAP Business Warehouse you can map the layers of the virtual data mart using the following objects:

• CompositeProvider

• MultiProviders

• VirtualProvider Based on a SAP HANA Model

• TransientProviders based on an SAP HANA Model

• TransientProviders Derived from an Analytic Index
