Naming Conventions for the InfoSources

When a semantically partitioned object is activated, two InfoSources are generated: an inbound InfoSource before the semantically partitioned object and an outbound InfoSource after it. The name of the InfoSource is formed from the name of the semantically partitioned object.

Example:

The name of the semantically partitioned object is PLSHD0:

  • PLSHD0_I: Name of the InfoSource before the semantically partitioned object (I - Inbound )

  • PLSHD0_O: Name of the InfoSource after the semantically partitioned object (O - Outbound)

Naming Conventions for the DTPs

Data transfer processes (DTPs) can be generated for semantically partitioned obejcts. The name of the DTP is formed from the technical name of the source and the technical name of the target.
