Enter Miles/Kms Distribution (Travel Calendar)

Use

Via miles/kilometers distribution, you can enter data for travel costs settlement for exact days.

Procedure

  1. Choose Travel calendar .

  2. Select the relevant trip.

  3. Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Miles/kms distribution End of the navigation path .

  4. The Maintain Trip Data: Miles/kms distribution appears .

  5. Enter the miles/kilometers traveled with attributes for each leg of the trip for each day.

  6. Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Back End of the navigation path .

  7. The Travel calendar: Domestic trips screen appears.

  8. Save the trip.

Result

You have entered the miles/kilometer distribution for the trip.
