Setup of the Connection to SAP Support Portal

This section describes the configuration steps needed to set up a secure connection to SAP Support Portal.

The ABAP download service is able to connect to services and file shares on SAP Support Portal in order to download files from SAP. The access to these services and file shares is protected by two mechanisms:

• S-user validation
• Secured HTTPS connections
