Document Download

Use

You can download documents and folders to your local PC. When you download a folder, you also download all the files contained in the folder in question. The system compresses the files to be downloaded in a ZIP archive.

You can either download the files immediately or mark items for download and then download all marked files together.

Mark item for download

Choose Mark for Download in the context menu of the item in question.

Remove marking

Choose Unmark for Download in the context menu of the item in question.

Download folder immediately

Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder  Next navigation step Download  Next navigation step Download this FolderEnd of the navigation path.

Download more than one item immediately

Select the items in question and choose Start of the navigation pathSelection Next navigation step Download as ZIP FileEnd of the navigation path.

The items that you have selected for download are displayed in the Items to Download iView. To display this iView, choose Start of the navigation pathHome Next navigation step Documents  Next navigation step Related Links  Next navigation step Items to DownloadEnd of the navigation path.

Remove

Removes an individual item from the list of selected items.

This command has the same effect as Unmark for Download in the Navigation iView.

Download as ZIP File

Downloads all selected items

Clear List

Removes all items from the list of selected items.

Refresh

Refreshes the list of selected items.

Close

Closes the iView.
