RFX Question Library JSON Download / RFX Question Library JSON Upload
These integrations download RFX question library setups and then upload them into another environment.
Important!
-
The download and upload files are in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format.
-
You must run the download connector first and then use the downloaded file for the upload connector. The downloaded file must not be modified in any way.
-
The upload connector only supports adding new RFX question library setups. Existing RFX question library setups cannot be modified.
-
Uploading the JSON file through the UI does not require the user to select a connector from the 'Choose a Connector' drop down. If a connector is selected, the upload will not process the file and the error 'File has no records.' will be displayed. This occurs because the JSON file already includes the connector type.
Triggering Events
RFX Question Libraries for the company will be downloaded and included in the JSON file based on passed parameter(s). There are no triggered conditions to be met for the RFX Question record to be included in the download file.
Parameters
The following parameter will indicate the RFX Question Library to be downloaded:
Name of RFX Question Library – If the library name contains a comma, the name should be enclosed in double quotes.
[All] – It allows the download connector to include all currently configured RFX Question libraries for the company.
