Process Subscriptions The
Catalog Item Subscription
message submits or undoes a subscription to restricted article master data to a manufacturer; the Global Location Number (GLN), the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and the Global Product Classification (GPC) are used for this selection.

Enter the required data.

You can restrict the number of subscriptions to be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
If you choose the field

, the system displays duplicate data records.
If you choose the field
Display History
, the system displays all versions of the selected subscription.
If you do not choose this field, the system displays only the last version of a subscription.
Enter the required data in the selection fields.

The subscription category determines which effect the subscription message has. There are three subscription categories:

The system automatically creates the identification. It belongs to the technical mandatory fields. It cannot be changed. |

The subscription status shows the current status of the subscription. Possible statuses:

The data pool GLN (Global Localization Number) is used to identify the data pool. You can define a default value for the data pool GLN in the Customizing tables. |

This number is used to create a subscription for a specific article or product. The subscription GTIN corresponds to EAN_UPC_BASE in the table PRICAT_K003. |

GLN - The data pool uses this number to identify the sender. The sender GLN is a 13-character alphanumeric ID that contains the following data from table LFA1. BBBNR - International Location Number (Part 1) 7 digits BBSNR - International Location Number (Part 2) 5 digits BUBKZ - Check digit for the International Location Number (1 digit) |
