Delete Price Catalog Item

Use

You can use this report to delete obsolete items from inbound price catalogs.

If you plan the report, you can automatically delete items that are older than the number of days you specify to ensure that the volume of data does not increase.

You cannot edit outbound price catalogs with this report.

Procedure

  1. Use transaction W10T to call the special initial menu for the retailing system.

  2. Choose Logistics -> Retailing -> Master Data -> Material Data -> Price Catalog - Inbound Processing -> Data Transfer ->Delete Price Catalog Items .

  3. Enter the vendor and the catalog description as well as a date or number of days to determine which items are obsolete and, therefore, can be deleted.

  4. Exclusion by Processing Status : You can exclude individual items from deletion depending on the processing status.

  5. Choose or Program -> Execute or Program - > Execute in background.
